  3. What are some services are offered in our Assisted Living Facility?
  4. Services include memory care, assistance with bathing, dressing, medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, and recreational and social activities.
  5. How is assisted living different from a nursing home?
  6. Assisted living is designed for individuals who need help with daily activities but do not require 24-hour medical supervision. Nursing homes provide more extensive medical care and are suitable for those with serious health conditions.
  7. What types of accommodations are available?
  8. Our accommodations include private or semi-private rooms. Common areas indoors and outdoors for socializing and activities are also provided.
  9. How is the cost of assisted living covered?
  10. Costs can be covered through private funds, long-term care insurance, or in some cases, Medicaid. Feel free to inquire about the specific payment options.
  11. Can residents bring their own furniture and personal belongings?
  12. We encourage residents to bring some personal belongings to feel at home. We provide furniture in rooms and public areas. If you have additional furniture needs, our team is happy to discuss.
  13. Are visitors allowed, and what are the visiting hours?
  14. Yes, we encourage visitors. Visiting hours are 9AM-8PM daily.
  15. What security measures are in place to ensure residents' safety?
  16. Our facility has security features such as emergency call systems, secured entrances, and staff available around the clock to respond to residents' needs.
  17. Can residents still participate in social and recreational activities?
  18. Yes, we offer a range of social and recreational activities to keep residents engaged and provide opportunities for socializing.
  19. What is the process for assessing a resident's needs and creating a care plan?
  20. Our facility will conduct an initial assessment to determine resident's needs and preferences. A personalized care plan is then developed, which can be adjusted as the resident's needs change.
  21. What happens if a resident's health deteriorates and they require more care?
  22. We constantly evaluate resident's health and changing needs. We provide end of life care when possible. If necessary, we may require residents to transition to a higher level of care, such as a nursing home.
  23. Is transportation provided for medical appointments and other outings?
  24. Our facility does not provide transportation, however, we will assist resident's in finding appropriate transportation.
